In general the response is quite flat, also based on the steepness of the highs, it dictates oversampling functionality

No noise modeling (for the general noise floor original 1176s have it might not be such a bad thing).

This unit meets the analogue modeling criteria.


 Personal Quote:  Well all analogue unit difer (even in the same production line) so a real cross reference can be done only with the particular one UAD used. Other than that personally I expected less even harmonics THD wise (based on my original hardware revesion A analysis, two of them) but none the less the work is there. Great job Universal Audio!
